Cancellation policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Tate & Lyle operates a 6hr cancellation/modification policy for all bookings (online, phone & walk-in). After this any subsequent cancellations or changes to bookings by/for the same client, that occur within the 6hr period will result in a fee being applied.

No shows with no prior warning, will be charged 100%

Appointments cancelled or modified within our policy will be charged 100% we will credit your account if we have been able to fill the space.

Appointments may be forfeited if you are over 5 mins late with no prior warning and are too late for us to complete the service to our standard.
